Shocking service my mum and dad have received from this cowboy firm!! my mum lost her father and with money left for her she decided to have her sofa reupholstered, she had it done in June this year and since having it done she has had nothing but trouble, firstly she noticed a huge scratch in the leather on the front of the sofa when we called up regarding this the way I was spoken to by Robert was shocking he was so patronising and basically said it was a scar in the leather and nothing they can do, After a few telephone calls he called my mum up and said they was going to fix it, now a couple of weeks later we noticed that the arm had come away and left all nails hanging out of the sofa meaning my little boy who is 3 cut his finger on it!! God knows what else is going to go wrong my mum is absolutely heartbroken after loosing her father and wanting to buy something that she can keep in the family, she is devastated with the way the sofa has turned out, it is as though they have filled the sofa with anything they could find its so uncomfortable my mum has had a bad back since having it done and Robert was insinuating that my mum had deliberately pulled the sofa apart!!! Please avoid at all cost do not trust this cowboy firm we have all photo evidence of the way the sofa looks and are now seeking legal action not even worthy of 1 star but won't allow me to rate any lower ....... A extremely unhappy customer
