I bought a brand new caravan from this company worth 15,500 which comes with a ten year warranty an because i didnt take it for a 200 pound service after a year they now say that my warranty isnt valid. I phone them about my toilet flush not working an malcolm who owns it would not phone me back. I kept ringing an got him 3 days later and this is what he told me, they are a discrace. There are a lot more caravan dealers out there that im sure will treat u better than this. He told me on the phone that it would only cost a few pound to fix which i thought they would of done rather than loss a customer. I was never told about the servicing every year.

I needed some advice with my caravan and despite one long detailed email and 6 phone calls no one could be bothered to help or call me back.... or even answer the email. If you are buying a van off this company ... you are on your own.... forget after sales or anything else. I am surprise Swift associate themselves with this company. I wound up contacting Wanda Homes in Hull and guess what, I sent the same email to them and made one phone call and one hour later the Wanda Home service engineer called me back and resolved my issue. Guess where I will buy my new van from.
