I just wanted to add a review of this firm as I am extremely pleased with the service I was provided. I had Fiona cook as my lawyer and she was absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and gave the best advice. I felt that she put my daughters best interests before anything else. Fiona is very friendly and professional and we will be going back to her for another matter very soon for her help.

Fiona Cook and Claire Stevenson are just great, they make you feel so relaxed when you are in with them. They did brilliant for me, and you are treated so respectfully by the reception staff. So I would praise and rate them very highly for anyone to use

Fiona and the team helped me so much, not just with the actual process of my claim, but also in being so professional and caring, even though i called every other week for an update. I would definitely recommend them.

The receptionist on the telephone was polite and formal,  with knowledgeable answers to my questions.  She didn't waste any time asking for information and advised me fully on what to do.  Will definitely be back.

Professional and friendly.  Their notary service doesn’t incur a fee but instead gives a donation to charity which is not only responsible but shows compassion.  Would recommend a visit if in need of legal aid.

Not interested in helping. Rude receptionist. Uncaring.
