After making the booking they phoned to see if an alternate, earlier time was convenient, it was. They came very close to the agreed time, put carpet protectors over their shoes, were efficient, polite and identified the problem, faulty LMB on the Freesat dish, had a spare on the van, went up on the roof, and repaired and checked the result. All fine. All within 40 minutes, very pleased.
