Been today was worried about my 3 nadra cards, including my wife's and daughters, but madam Qubra Staff member and anoth staff member i forgot his name, was helping us alot. They were too busy but they help us in each and every paper with printing to paying fees, attention to all name spellings. Thanks for helping us.

Excellent customer services. Such a vast change from previous experiences. I went to renew my sons nadra cards and I booked from 10-10:30. Furqaan was amazing in doing the paperwork and really professional. A credit to the pakistani embassy. Kubra also was very welcoming and assisted in my queries about parking and photocopies. She even helped me out to pay for the nadra card on the machine. Please keep up the good work. Other employees can learn from these two individuals. Overall fast professional service. Thank you!
I visited Bradford embassy last week to apply for NADRA card for my little girl. The experience was smooth and quick; we were done in less than 30 mins. The staff were helpful and gave us all the guidance along the way. Thank you Team at Pakistan Embassy :-
We visited a day surgery conducted at Rotherhamby Consulate of Pakistan Bradford earlier this month for Nicop of my newborn baby, services were simple amazing and staff was so helpful, nicop got delivered on 3rd day but to my own mistake during proof reading there was a spelling mistake in the name. I visited the consulate office at Bradford today and all staff members and incharge of Nicop section Mr Kamran was so helpful and kind, they didnot charge us any fee at all, although it was my mistke but they still didnt charge me any thing and help us process a new Nicop, every thing done with in 15 minutes. The whole team is so nice,kind, polite, helpful and professional. 10/10 for Bradford Consulate
Recently, I along with my family visited consulat of pakistan Bradford to apply for the NICOP card. Staff in the consulate were incredibly professional. Each one of them was very helpful, cooperative and tried his/her best to accommodate our needs . I just wanted to say thanks you to staff for providing an excellent service to us. 10/10
The experience here on my first appointment started a bit bad as i had lack of information about the matter at my end, the dealing officer also showed a casual attitude and i was about to return then I saw Ms. Kubra, went to her hoping to get some information about my issue. She guided me about the issue in a detailed manner. After talking to her i had all the information about my issue but I had to go back and type a letter which was needed in my case. It would have cost me all of my day i was about to leave but then she just thought just for a second and asked the dealing officer to give me a pre printed performa and told me that i can also write my statement on that and the problem was solved in seconds. It would have cost me my whole day if Ms Kubra wasn't there. She would have adopted the casual attitude but she chose not to and solved my problem right there. A big thank you to Ms Kubra, you are an amazing person, keep doing this good work, lots of prayers. We need more people like you to make this world a better place.
Excellent, friendly, and efficient service when I recently attended with my elderly relatives. At present trying to sort out my Visa which should have been dispatched by now as I am flying Friday pm. Telephone constantly busy, no ring back option. Sent an email, watch this space..... Duas please. S K Dar
Very nice helpful and polite staff. I booked the reservation a day before for my passport. Make sure you have all the original documents with photocopies. There is a machine for copying in case you need. Have loose change to hand for the machine. Parking could be a bit of struggle but I saw people parked their cars on the curbside and the double yellow line. Timekeeping could be an issue but a smooth process and a satisfactory experience overall. Thanks for the wonderful service.
I heard a lot bad stuff about them before I went there but its nothing like that amazing service they treat you really well and help you through out
