I used consol for the first time today first time in a tanning place it was unmanned with no signage or information avaliable. I'd been advised by others to buy my minutes in bulk so paid for 10mins. Luckily I'd researched as when I got to the bed it was set for 6mins...but had been told you should do no more than 2/3 mins on your first try. I also purchased the goggles nowhere in the booth was a recommendation for goggles or suggested times.. If I hadn't done my research I could have been seriously injured. I used 3 mins and turned off the machine. When logging into the app it said I had no time remaining so I queried with their email as to why and was told I purchased a ten min bed so there's nothing they can do. Very unclear, would not recommend especially to first time users.Service: Tanning
Used that dudley consol beds a few times now the beds are great caught a tan very quick but the man that works there is very unpleasant speaks to costumers in a rude manner, made me feel very unwelcomeService: Tanning

Very friendly management, clean place and very efficient from start to finish. Would recommend, I use this one and the one in Walsall.
I normally go wolves one but i was in area so went here. Was nice and clean and lady was friendly and chatty
