Was initially impressed with the service however after less than 3 months it all went down hill. The main chap came out to assess the issues which are pretty clear in the images. He agreed that it was not acceptable and he would get back to me with how to correct the issues. Said he would carry out the work in march 2021 when the issue was spotted in July 2020. Low and behold he didn't show up, hasn't responded to any messages, ignores all phone calls. Even though it comes with a 5 year guarantee it counts for nothing. AVOID THESE COWBOYS!!
We had our Conservatory internally insulated by Mike and his team back in 2022, so we have had over 12 months to see whether it was a good investment. We initially had three quotes, one of the quotes from a TV advert that we had seen, but knocked that on the head straight away with the ridiculous quote the rep gave us. We decided to go with Conservatory roof insulation systems in the end and are glad that we did. Their years of experience and know how definitely showed, and we can say that your system does exactly what you said it would. Thank you guys.
So far so good. Very professional sounding company. I am expecting they will be as professional when they insulate my conservatory roof. Can't wait to see the results.
