Moved into a New Build property with solar installed by Avonside Renewables, the developer did not provide the handover pack. I called Avonside with my plot and site details and they were happy to oblige. Even though I am not the direct customer they still provided me a decent service and the information I needed. They kept fobbing my repair off. They promised phone calls and I never received them. They passed their deadline set to them by my housing association and never contacted me. I’m still waiting for my repair to be carried out. I am now unable to sleep in my bedroom as the damp and mould is getting worse due to the rain because of a hole they have not yet repaired and I have been more than nice with waiting. I have a three year old son and I’m severely asthmatic and the mould and damp is making me incredibly ill and yet they don’t seem to care. Whenever my housing association call they are given the same response of ‘the guy who deals with it all isn’t in the office right now’.
