Great big showroom with a good choice of furniture well displayed. I found the staff to be very helpful and polite. Worth visiting

I have been trying to rectify issues with a large order since February 2022.  Most were sorted, not without great inconvenience though.  We bought a table costing quite a bit of money, thousands, and when it arrived 6 months after we purchased it, it was flawed.  I contacted straightaway and Connollys promised to replace it.  A few weeks ago they emailed to say they were not replacing it, but wanted to "rub acatone on it" instead.  I refused and asked for a fefund.  They emailed back and said they had one coming in for another customer who didn't need it until March 23, that they had already ordered another for them and to close our order, would we take the new one in stock. Reluctantly and after many assurances that the other customer would not be affected, we agreed. Well today it arrived....and it's the exact floor model we took pictures of back in February. Exactly the same marble cut, which would be impossible to replicate as its a natural material.  Passing a floor model, that's been put since at least Feb 22, off as a brand new item....absolutely disgusting.  When I compained they tried to say my new table was damaged in transit that morning and they only decided thereband then to send the soiled floor model instead...and just not mention it.  Ill let you decide for yourself if thats the truth or not.  After contacting citizens advice and trading standards, they advised either a refund, substantial discount for second hand, soiled goods or replacement. We requested a new table. Connollys refused and offered £400 discount for our troubles. Obviously we refused and requested a full refund and collection of table, despite being a week off Christmas. Having no table is still the better option than paying £3000 for a soiled, 2nd hand table. . Not the actions of a company that claims to have a family friendly ethos.  We were treated appallingly and know now that their items being sold as new, are not always as they claim.

Very large selection of furniture in a well presented showroom. Good car parking and friendly staff. The selection of furniture would be best described as best suitable for large farmhouse homes which should be no surprise considering Connolly’s location. Friendly staff.

Bought our new suite here.. delivered within 5 days of purchase! Lovely staff, beautiful stock and we are very happy with our new purchase!

Don’t not buy or work for this company.  If you buy from them prepare for your delivery to be damaged or faulty. There so overpriced and they cover things up and hide damaged items from customers and it’s a nightmare to try and complain about it. If you want to work for them, you are doing it at your own risk as they do not believe in health and safety. As in the warehouse you are constantly walking over the top of furniture hence why they hide damage items.  Most of the time they give you that much of a workload that you are home late most evenings and sometimes you don’t even have time to take break you don’t get paid if you take break or not. There holiday policy is shocking I asked for two days off in January and that was a big problem in the terms of I wasn’t going to get paid even tho I had 28 days.  Make a long story short. Do not buy or work for them. Save your time, money and efferent. Go somewhere else. There is much better furniture stores out there!!!

Staff lovely and friendly but I would nor recommend the product. I told the staff member I had fibromyagia and she recommend the supremacy mattress which was on sale at £1249!! Two weeks later and I'm still in agony sleeping on it, far to hard, my husband who can sleep anywhere can't even settle in on . So disappointed for the money

Where do I start?  Staff                                2/10 After service                  0/10 Handling complaints   0/10 I feel so upset that I cannot bring myself to watch Pamela on UTV. It was her on their advertising that swayed me to go there in the first place. I got a text yesterday about their sale. I blocked their number. If they were giving furniture away for free I wouldn't go. My personal experience has been bad and to make matters worse it's a constant reminder as I am stuck with the purchase.

Just had new mattress and base delivered and I simply can't speak highly enough about Connollys . From the expert advice given to me by Adele in helping us choose the bed , to the fantastic Dominic who sorted delivery at a time that suited me, despite them being so busy. Thank you Connollys, a true destination.

Wouldn't recommend this store. My friend got nudged out of the way going up the stairs by a staff member. The woman knew what she was doing. Furniture is also so expensive and doesn't look great either. All the same suits. This was our 1st visit and will be our last. Unless you look the part and have a grand in ur hand, they don't want to know you. Not even a hello or welcome by anyone. We both felt very unwelcome.
