Great service from this company from the minute we walked through the door . We wanted a Karndean floor for our kitchen diner . We were able to bring a sample home to see how it looked. Siobhan was great at sorting out the logistics and was also so prompt with communication , she was superb at ensuring our work still got done when we went into a second lockdown. An amazing job of fitting by Jackson who made the whole floor look absolutely perfect - our floor is superb , we’re so pleased with it . I would highly recommend this company , definite specialists at what they do .
The day before our carpet was due to be fitted the price was increased by £195. I was informed of this by a matter of fact message left on my phone. When I queried this, it was because the hall was missed from the price, despite the invoice stating "hall, landing and stairs". The only options I was given were to pay, not have the hall carpet or to cancel and lose my £400 deposit! To add insult to injury when my wife went to drop the key off so the fitter could let himself in, the shop was closed 30 minutes early despite an earlier conversation saying that this is what she was going to do. We went ahead but won't be using this company again, which is a shame as the carpets are good quality and well fitted.
Lovely job. Materials supplied and fitted beautifully. All preparation clean and tidy. Arrived on time. Job completed quickly. Really happy with the results.
Good selection of flooring at competitive prices with helpful staff. We went with Karndean in the end in the Hallway and Kitchen which looks great and is really easy to clean - so really pleased with it. We put Carpet in the rest of the house which looks nice. Very happy would recommend!!
The store has a large selection of assortment, the store is very nice.
Great professional store with lots of selection. The staff were extremely helpful with choices from Karndean, Vinyl and tiles. Fitters arrived on time and did a great job without leaving a mess!
Had some work done with concept flooring. To sum them up fairly they are competitive on price and good workmanship. Terrible customer service and the showroom/office staff are bordering on rude. It's a shame really because the work is to a really good standard.
