I came to John with a problem for my computer, I can strongly say efficiency and top quality service was provided. Not only did he pick my computer up for me at my house, he had it repaired and sorted within 24 hours. He charged a very good price and would strongly recommend him to anyone. Nice friendly chap who knows what he is doing. Cheers John!

My sons computer with all his Uni work encountered a problem over the Easter holidays. The service we received was nothing short of miraculous. John made seemingly easy work of something that could have been catastrophic. Having had lots of encounters with computer technicians previously, John is by far the most concise and knowledgeable we have ever met. Fantastic. Thank you so much.

Great service, he's come to our rescue a couple of times now. What I like best about John is when I ask what he's doing to my laptop he'll slow down and explain what he has done. Some times I actually learn something! The guy we used previously always kept it a bit of a secret and I didn't like that. John is very polite and well presented. I have no trouble at all recommending him to any one.

My laptop unexpectedly stopped working. I rang John and he managed to have my laptop looked at and fixed very quickly. I was especially happy with how much I was charged, considerably cheaper than I expected! :)
