I have been begging to register my dog with them and enrol on the complete care plus plan and they haven't added me as customer. I have filled the form, sent email, went to the vet to make clear that I would like to enroll on the plan, it's more than a week now and nothing was done. I have never seen so much dismissed people with a customer. My dog needs an appointment, I have asked to book an appointment despite of the plan and they also refused to book saying that my dog is not registered with them but they keep postponing to register my dog for days!! I am speechless with their service.
Following my dissatisfaction regarding the service my kitten received following being spayed, and even prior to this, I made a formal complaint to the manager, Emma. I was appalled and shocked that rather than resolve the matter professionally, Emma’s response was that I find another practice. Emma noted that ‘a satisfactory professional relationship between a client and vet should be based on mutual trust and confidence and it would appear that this is not the case here’. I escalated the matter to the area manager who as to be expected, sided with the practice. I subsequently contacted the mediation service and disappointedly, the practice did not wish to engage. I highlighted that when people make a complaint, there is an element of lack of trust/confidence, and it is about acknowledging the issues, and moving forward. I am sure the practice has received other complaints and that the clients making them have not been asked to leave, thus I believe there is an undercurrent of racism which exists in this practice.
Communication severely lacking from this place. Was told on the phone I could register my cats here, so sent a form. Heard nothing back so I chased it up by phone and they said they weren't taking on new pets. Even a courtesy call or email to say that I am on a waiting list would have been nice so that I didn't have to be left in the lurch. Not professional at all.
The vets here are excellent. My dog is so well looked after by them. The reception staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone
Great service .my dog had 2 teeth out and was looked after so well .she,s not been put off going back and pulls to the door to go back in to the vets !
Friendly reception lady Debra and the vet Lucy was friendly and I felt they really cared for my pet cat Ezio. Very clean rooms with a professional and efficient service. Thoroughly checked Ezio and made sure he was comfortable for his vaccine. Advised on dental treatment that will be needed in around 6 months and gave me information and quote for this procedure. Very happy with our experience.
Had to take my dog out of hours to get him treatment after he had hurt his leg and couldn't put it down. The service received was good but I think the amount they charge is extremely expensive, nearly three hundred pounds for an examination and a six day course of painkillers.
Great vets. My cat and dog are always well looked after. Fantastic place.
We haven't been using you for long, but the impact it has had had been incredible. The vet Lucy is very knowledgeable and has a great rapport with our cat. Our last visit was difficult but Chase came back home almost back to usual and I felt much calmer too. The issues with treatment and the appointment were dealt with efficiently by staff too and everyone was kind and positive... difficult in the current climate, so very happy with the service we received.
Lovely staff with lots of compassion would definitely recommend this veterinary service. Not only are the vet and veterinary nurses nice, the receptionist is always nice and lovely. You can always tell she's smiling behind her mask. She's the kind of lady you'd want as your best friend. They care so much about the animals they look after, and try their hardest for your pet. Best vets ever!
