I used them earlier this year and they dry cleaned my coat well, however they ripped off and lost most the buttons holding the lining on to the main part of the coat, plus ripped another part of the coat near a zip and told me it wasn't their fault. I had to buy some buttons for them to sew back on the coat. They did sew them back on for free but I wouldn't use this place again.
