The problem with coleshill supermarket is, no free parking which is a joke alienating customers from using shop paying £1 to park even if you need to pop in. Stop trying to squeeze every penny out of people you either want customers or you don't. Be fair to customers and they will be to you, in all the years you have never had to pay to park stop being jokers and reach out to customers you are biting the hand that feeds, I only use your shop if I'm desperate otherwise I never shop here
Went in today to collect a Hermas Parcel which I had been notified had arrived two days ago Woman at the counter never stopped talking on her phone couldn’t find my parcel I showed her the proof didn’t even look. Didn’t even look on their system if it had arrived just a wasted trip Will not have another parcel sent there Really rude
Bought a bottle of water earlier and only had a tenner or 50p so he left me off. Bless great Customer service
They buy a glut of essentials at bargain prices during a national epidemic and sell it to you at inflated prices. Disgusting behaviour!
