Good recycling scheme

Saw a property that required renovating and extending for our private use. Went to Rowan House, unannounced, and had a short meeting with one of the officers, which proved very helpful.
I purchased the property, had plans submitted. Everything went smoothly and any comments were
of a constructive theme.
A pleasing experience.

Absolutely disgusting! Had years of anti social behaviour from a neighbour who carried on after injunctions again the council couldn't care less made my epilepsy really bad due to disturbed sleep I was told lies and I was treated with no respect to be honest they don't deserve to exist or get one star !

Overall an appalling experience spanning over years. Could write a book about it. I arrived there in good health, with a positive attitude, trusting their competence, and left having had a breakdown, due to their negligence on dealing with people, with antisocial behavioural issues, causing me years of trauma, and distress. I would never recommend dealing with these people, unless you have a citizens advice representative behind you first. Even then, I would be wary.
