Fantastic customer service , I arrived just as they were closing but the pharmacist still saw me and made up my prescription- thank you so much
Rubbish, i paid for my prescription they didn't have in stock said to go back and collect.nWent back to collect and they'd shut the shop and moved it to their other branch.nnGot there and they've lost it and need to order in again which is going to be next week.
I am appalled at the way the pharmacy has declined in the last few months. They used to be really efficient. It now takes a week for my meds to be ready. I've had medication missing from my orders. I've had the wrong number of pills given to me. I have just found out that another prescription has been handed to someone that isn't me or my husband so who KNOWS who has it!? I hadn't even had a text to say it was ready.
Finally got my prescription just now after 3 visits. This was my 3rd visit. 1st time they didn’t have the correct size tablet , second time they were unexpectedly closed. They weren’t answering the phone today when I phoned to ask if they were open, so I wasn’t sure if they would be open or not No wonder so many people are using pharmacy4U, where prescriptions are just delivered through the post. Their service levels will be the end of them. That would be sad as it would be the end of another local retailer.
Went there to pick up prescription and was sent to a different location do not recommend.
