Popped into the shop to see if they had a crank bolt for an old early eighties Saracen Hybrid. The guy was really friendly, helpful and sorted me out. I will definitely use again when other bits drop off my bikes!

Highly professional and reasonably priced service. Mike always makes time to answer my novice questions when I pop in and help with 'on ride' emergencies. Here is a mechanic I trust and recommend.

Ive been coming here to get my electric bikes fixed for the past year, I run a business which heavily relies on the use of my bikes all the year round, COGs service, knowledge and pricing is second to none and have kept me on the road. No qualms about leaving a rave review!

Thank you. Having moved to the area I looked for cycle repair shop for my much loved Klein. I found Cog and saw the glowing reviews and decided to give it a try. Without doubt Mike is a very fair, honest, professional, friendly and I could go on. From him looking at the bike and giving his opinion to picking it up after the work had been done it was the best service from a bike shop ever. Mike thank you excellent job and the new drive train was the perfect choice for the lizard hills....it's better than new.
