Excellent artisan coffee and its not an exaggeration. I like their opening hours too. It has beautiful yet simple decor for such a small place. Love the glass front looking onto the high street. Some baristas are friendly whilst others are there just to do their 'jobs" and serve coffee, which I suppose to move the crowd as quickly as possible because the small space cannot accommodate too many people. Will definitely be back whenever I am in that part of town.
Lovely little cosy place to have morning coffee and lunch. Staff was really nice and pleasant. Even recommended us to try the brie and apple and it was delicious. The spiced chai latte was perfect with a bit of sweet. The cappuccino was light with a roasty creamy flavour. The pricing wasn't bad at all especially given the service was really good. Roughly £6-8 per person assuming you got a drink and a sandwich.
"Underground Cafe" is located 5 steps away from West Kensington station. It is a shiny pearl of the area, very unique and interesting little place with ready to go breakfast and hot drink of your desire to grab on the way to work. It is a great place for quick business meeting or personal branding session discreetly and quick with the consent of the kind owner. I am very thankful for this gracious privilege. Until next time for business meeting with cup of coffee or quick personal branding shoot. In time the deco is changing but ambience of the place grows on me.
Great coffee, free wifi, and very friendly staff! I will definitely come back for takeaway coffee, as it really is excellent quality. But I probably wouldn’t stay for dine in - it was very small and rather stuffy inside with no airflow, and the busy road right outside gave it a smell of exhaust fumes.
This little coffee shop is next to west Kensington tube station and they are a gem. Their coffee is so nice. They also offer sandwiches. Two ladies are so friendly. It is a very cute place. If you need, they also allow you to charge your phone without a hussle. I will definitely be back for a cup of coffee. They have oatly barista edition which is my favourite so I had an oatly latte, I paid £3,50
We’ve stopped here every morning during our stay in the area and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The coffee is phenomenal, the service is great, the pastries are delicious. Very thankful we found this gem during our visit!
I visited here two times. The first time was wonderful. The barista with curly short hair made me a great cup of flat white. She was very nice and friendly. I had a lovely two-hour stay there. If I were to only rate based on this visit, I would give this place five stars. The second time, however, was terrible. It was a different barista and she made the worst cup of flat white I have ever had. It tasted no different than a cup of steamed milk. It was so bad that I felt obligated to leave this review. Not to mention that I specifically walked 20 minutes here for a quality cup of coffee. Extremely disappointed. The cafe was also crowded at the time, and the barista made no effort trying to find me a seat. It was a customer who offered a spot for me.
They made my study abroad journey so much better. Great coffee, great vibes, great staff. And the food is always good.
Fab coffee shop next to West Kensington station on North End Road. Discovered this place during lockdown whilst they’re offering a take away only service. It’s now my regular! Great location Fantastic coffee Reasonably priced coffee Friendly owner Highly recommended
