Coffee Cup

Food good, customer service very bad. Must have changed when it became the Cake Centre before it was the Coffee Cup as the new staff were very rude. One woman in particular, not sure of her name but she had dark hair, was in her earlier forties and had a grumpy face. Very abrupt and rude, seemingly cared about being quick more than the customer's experience - surprising seeing as there was only one person waiting patiently behind us. Also, the menu apparently had items that weren't being served - our conversation went like this : Me: I would like a cream cheese baguette please Grumpy Woman: no. Don't have that Me: *points at menu* - but it says it there - GW: no. Choose from the selection on the display The selection on display consisted of about 7 of the items listed on the menu. Very disappointed and you have lost a loyal customer.
