Caffe Nero

The coffee and the food is amazing but the staff is really rude. When i entered a said “good morning “ and no one answered even though there was no one inside and it was quite so they definitely heard me and they kept chatting and chatting ignoring me. after ordering my drinks and food I was sitting there having my coffee and there was a customer ordering a coffee and a member of staff called Anna , who was serving the customer was very rude to the customer making faces and rolling her eyes whilst she was making his coffee because the customer did not understand when she asked him if he wants chocolate on top or not. I found that very unprofessional and rude. When she made the rude face i saw her and looked at her and she noticed that i saw her and she stopped doing it. I just felt that i wanted to finish my coffee as soon as possible and just go as i felt really uncomfortable. I know that people might have bad days but this should be a behaviour towards a customer that didn’t understand what you asked.

Been going to this Nero for a long while , I’ve never had any rude staff or wrong orders etc food always hot and coffee always great then again I just get an iced latte , my favourite place to go when I’m in highwycombe just cause it reminds me when I used to work at a Nero store many years ago and still really good .

I ordered my coffee thru the app for the very first time, walked into the coffee shop and was promptly handed my drink. Great fast service. Love the perks on the app and even bought a couple of vouchers for me and a mate. Bonus was I got 4 extra stamps on my card from the scratch card and another voucher. Been using a rival .... no not the C one so depending which end of Eden Centre I am depends who I use.

Delicious coffees, just wish it was a little cleaner. One of the sofas had pastry crumbs all over it for the whole of our stay and it just made me question if there are other places that arent wiped over too.

Worst Caffe Nero experience in a while. This store the staff got my order wrong, didn't put it right and were too busy talking amongst themselves to care about the customer. If I didn't like the coffee they serve, this store would put me off the brand.

Update: The place now is in much better condition than before. The coffetastes absolutely. The best amongst all other coffee shops. Beverages are fresh and delicious. This is Nero I knew! One step more to organise the tables and chairs and it's a 5 star. It's busy and vibrant but they need to make it cleaner. I was surprised actually to see that level of sticky tables and chairs. Over all it's fine to be fair.
