Staff always efficient very cheerful and friendly. Coffee, very good. Occasionally served with too much froth on my latte, as much as as half a cup. But a word with the staff before they prepared the drink and they will rectify this. The 5 star rating is well deserved. I visit the Portswood shop on a daily basis, often more than once.

I have been to a few of this chain and always find the team very friendly and always happy to recommend options. Even during the beast from the east and when some options were not available they offered options. Nice areas to sit and nicely divided so you can have some quiet areas or more open if you wish.

Toasted tea cake and jam. Skinny latte with sweeteners. Yummy. Good service from staff and very helpful. Love going here with my sisters Rita Pat and Pam. xx😘

A great, vibrant, busy, meetup coffee house. But it's very busy with students and more so can be hard to find a seat or hear what your friend has to say. Coffee is very nice. Bit stronger than your average. Prices are still sky high like all coffee shops. A large isn't as large as a Costa.
