On Uber eats order today they send instead of tiramisu they sent tiramisu OAT it s like BAD JOKE. I have ordered from Coco di Mama many times before. Well it s fine to you running out of something BUT dont send me something else instead to me without letting me know. Anyways I would not go to this place or order place an order from here from any kind of app. It can NOT BE trustable.
The atmosphere is so cool, I really liked been there. The service is fast and the people who work there are so kind. The food was warm and delicious
Overall: 4/5 Good quick lunch meal option. If you are a lover of truffles you must try the truffle oil condiment - it has a strong taste and smell that will brighten up your meal.Recommended dishes
Angela, the Manager and her staff at Coco di Mama are attentative, outstanding and very friendly. Coco di Mama is gem and much of it's success is thanks to Angela and her incredible team. I can't wait to return and experience their wonderful hospitality again. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Very rude & poor experience ordered on Deliveroo. They accepted the order then got a phone call to say 2 items were not available and offered alternatives but I did not want them so asked to cancel and they refused because they would be charged by Deliveroo. I tried to cancel but Deliveroo could not get through to them to confirm. I then got a rude call from a lady at Coco Di mama that I hadn't cancelled and riders were turning up, I explained the problem and told them to trigger the cancel as it was their mistake accepting the order but refused again, was rude and then hung up on me.
This is a fast food Italian restaurant with limited outdoor seating and four tables of indoor seating. The service was fast, and the food was average. I had mushrooms in white sauce with penne pasta. There are choices of condiments ex. truffle oil and chilly flakes.Food: 3/5
Beautiful spot but unfortunately our food was lacking. That might have been because we showed up after the lunch time peak, and most of the food were finished. We bought a simple cheesy garlic bread. It was some microwaveable slice and the cheese was very plastic'ish. The bread was rock hard. Not coming back but like I said, the time we showed up might have to do with the quality of the food.
I was the only customer in the restaurant, ordered CREAMY SALMON ALFREDO via self-check out screen. Opened it in the office later and found they gave me LENTIL RAGU…. I didn’t have time to travel back and get the right one so it really ruined my day. Do check before you leave if you want to get pasta here….
Frantic experience, moody staff behind the counter, other staff screaming out pasta orders with customers ignoring them, and ridiculous prices for what you get. Charging 50p for 5 olives to be added to your pasta. Quite simply, avoid!
Too good to go bag. RRP: £12 Cost: £3.50 Received: 2 unbuttered rolls with 2 sausages shoved inside. Vile. 1 tasteless pot of porridge . Embarrassing stuff.
