Waited more than 45 minutes for him to turn up as agreed and was a no show to do the work. Was then rude when phoning back 1 and a half hours late.

Very poor service, didn't do the things I asked, carpets still had alot of bits in, complained and was threatened, wish I had saved 45 pounds and done it myself, according to other valeting company's this is his usual way
