Had a complaint about the beautician who hurt me because she lacked training and the owner didn't reply to my email until I called. I was then told that the beautician would get booked in for training and that they would get back to me for a complimentary appointment when it was done. It has been months and I still haven't heard from them. It took over an hour for my 13 year-old boy's haircut so I then booked his next appointment with another one of their hairdressers and I still had the same hairdresser when we turned up. They then charged me for the price of the more experienced hairdresser. Having said that, the haircut was good. All in all, a decent haircut but very poor organisation and customer service. *** UPDATE: The owner has got back to me after I left this review. She was very apologetic and offered to give me a free treatment. She also indicated that the person who gave me the treatment has now been trained. I decided to refuse the offer for obvious reasons but I do appreciate them getting back to me.

Friendly staff.good hairdressers.might be a bit expensive but worth it for the cut
