My teenage daughter has her hair cut here, she is always happy with her cut. The staff are friendly and chatty, so there is always a nice atmosphere here, even though she’s young my Daughter is treated as the customer and they don’t look for my approval on her hair they ask her so I would recommend it for a teenager coming here.
I thoroughly recommend The Lounge. I started going there when my previous hairdresser closed and have received more compliments on my hair in the last three years than I did in all the ten plus years previously. Total strangers, in fashion conscious Tunbridge Wells have asked me where I get my hair done. On top of that the staff are friendly and having my hair done there is a great experience. Leon loves his job and it shows.
For over 20years I've had long hair which I could nearly sit on in the end. Had visited the Lounge a few times and if I wasn't pleased with everything wouldn't have put my hair in their hands and now have a short angled bob and love it. Thank you to the helpful,frIendly guys at the Lounge.
Had a nightmare with my curly hair couldn't really do much with it and then I met Leon and he did an amazing job, the place is stunning and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. Highly recommend.
