Good food, fairly high prices, great atmosphere. Young and friendly staff are attentive and service is fast.

30% discount for people with cinema tickets!

A few vegan options are available, I tried the vegan burger with Violife cheese and it was pretty tasty but very messy! (not really an issue for me!!) Lots of vegetarian options.

The highlight of Coal is the decor and building itself, there is a modern industrial feel to the place and the views out of the windows to the docks are good.

Not the best place to eat in Gloucester Quays but good to try it out at some point, especially if you are going to Cineworld.

Looked nice on outside.  Waitresses were quite rude and not very child friendly. Food was ok except burger was uncooked making it unsafe to eat. Mentioned this to staff and they seemed unconcerned and indifferent.  Very poor unfortunately....

Went here for the Christmas party, food was good portions on the small side. Plenty of choice for drinks

Delicious "Dirty Burger", chips and slaw. Good service and pleasantly furnished eating area.
