Gross incompetence!!! Don't use them. As a gite owner in south west France I was appalled to have a guest stranded at the airport because this agency told them there was no need for any paperwork or voucher for car hire.  
The only reference provided was that of the co-op booking, no company was named and no other information provided. 
Consequently it took 4 hours of my time to retrieve them from the airport, track down anyone at co-op travel who would answer a phone on a Sunday, obtain the actual booking reference and car hire company and then return them to the airport to collect their car.

Booked a family holiday to Orlando and paid over £7000 including a villa. Despite several requests for the details of the villa we are told that the villas are allocated on arrival. Outrageous as we need an address for the visas. 
Will not be using this travel agent again
