"We’ve been helping customers in our local pharmacies for over 70 years. To reduce the time you have to spend waiting for your prescription, we’ve redesigned our dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures. These changes also mean our pharmacists have more time to answer questions and offer support and advice, saving you a trip to the doctor. We also offer a range of services in our community pharmacies, from flu jabs to free NHS blood pressure checks for over 40s and stop smoking support. The services we offer vary between stores, so check our pharmacy finder to see what’s available at your local Well Pharmacy."

Never had issues in previous years but the past couple this chemist has become inadequate. The shelves are never stocked up, it is dirty looks like it is never swept or mopped. The queues are always huge with really long wait times. They hardly ever answer the phone, so you can’t check if your prescription is in. Always out of stock of things
I recently undertook a survey in relation to this chemist. I rated them to be good. I stand by this as staff work hard and are always friendly despite seemingly working without adequate staff most of the time. What I find frustrating and unacceptable is the fact that phone calls are hardly ever answered and it's very diffcult to get through. A better phone system is needed as the one in place is not fit for purpose.
Used to be a great service here but now not so, I have called 6 times for my prescription, long lengthy queues, 2 days shutters half way down not great when you need your prescription, decided to get delivered, such a shame as this was once a fantastic chemist with great staff
We get our prescriptions regularly and the service is terrible. Not enough staff.. a couple of times my husband was given someone else’s prescription - it wasn’t even a similar name. Most of previous staff have gone. Needs to get more staff , more products on the shelves, and correct prescriptions that are done on time
What a shame, this pharmacy used to be so good but it's getting worse everytime I go there. They have a shortage of staff so no prescriptions are ready for you to pick up and you have to wait around 10 to 20 minutes to get it. They never have what you need in stock either so I've had to go elsewhere a few times now. For years this was a great pharmacy with great staff who I knew very well. Now there are no faces I recognise and the staff that are there are under pressure to try and do work that they can't do with so few people. I have a feeling it won't be open much longer because people are fed up with going there and not having the items they need. They don't even offer to order your item same day or next day, its usually a weeks wait which isn't good enough. Plus it's at least 4 days for a prescription to be ready in the first place. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you don't want a lengthy wait. There's hardly any products on the shelves either and it's very limited on what they do have. What a shame its gone down hill so fast.
This is the worst chemist in Wythenshawe, wish I could give it zero stars, they have lost a customer, still waiting after 8 days for my prescription
Shambolic absolutely hopeless pharmacy unprofessional dont answer phone use another one and boycott the place
Been collecting my perception from this chemist for 3 years now and each time I go to collect my medication which is bi monthly it's never been right, always something missing or not ready on time. I dont have to put a repeat perception in as it automatically done ever two months and they still cant get it right. Very poor service. Wouldnt recommend this pharmacy. I will be asking my doctor not to send my future perceptions there.
I am sick of ringing and get no answer I have rang 20 times still no answer no tablet s as thay have not been delivered as it is a blister pack you think it would be delivered just before you run out not a good service
Terrible service. Tried it once they messed my script up which delayed getting after traveling 10 or more mile. Never again
