Disgusting customer service really appalled. 
Was served by a young girl with a serious attitude problem, my bill came to 100.64, she got mixed up and told me it was 164.00 which I said "I don't think that's right" she insisted it was and I was sure it wasn't so I pulled the calculator out on my phone to check myself, while I did this she repeatedly looked at another member of staff, glaring and rolling her eyes, huffing at me and generally getting agitated all because I wanted to be charged the correct money.
We then found out she MEANT £100.64 but she clearly told me otherwise.
Got no apology, no thankyou and I received a very nasty glare as I left the store. 
I myself have worked in retail for over 8 years and never have I treated a customer with such disrespect. 
I have complained to the manager and when I do decide to go back I'll be expecting a full and sincere apology from the girl, if she can't provide a simple  'sorry' then she's in the wrong job. 
Moral of the story is don't piss of your customers, without them you wouldn't even have a job.  👍
