won’t let drivers or any one use the toilet staff are rude don’t see the point of these places they don’t help out workers the 3 staff members tried to send me else where to a toilet that i can’t even get the lorry in thier carpark what the point in having services with facilities that you can’t use well done specials
The wait in line was fare to long. It must have had 15 people in the line. Staff not happy one very irritated. Will not be coming back here in hurry.
Always massive queues in store when waiting to pay. Only one person on the till at 08.30 on a week day which doesn't make a lot of sense The queue stretched around the store and cars stacking up waiting for petrol pumps. Not everyone wearing masks and no one at the door to challenge this or maintain the queue. Good range of food items however and staff are very helpful despite how busy they are. Could be better
The forecourt was filthy today. All bins were rammed and overflowing. No towels no gloves. Complained to the staff inside she said no cleaners for 4 days. Well get someone to go and sort it out from the shop then !!
Useful medium-sized local shop, temporarily as depleted as many other supermarkets. Announcements assure us they're working on supply issues... We are daily justified in blaming Johnson-brexit for this self-inflicted fiasco. We are not self-sufficient in UK. We need free flow of people with Europe - plus they are more polite and better workers, on the whole.
Staff are brilliant and friendly, am a regular visitor as work close by. Can buy most things, though shop has narrow aisles and people do not always observe the one way system, which I find daunting, so I tend not to shop when it is busy, but that is my choice. Sanitizer available on entry, and markers on floor, staff are screened also.
Often long ques as there aren't enough staff serving customers on the tills. Not ideal in the current pandemic. Coffee machines often not working. Cash machine often put of order. Good selection of sandwiches and a very useful place
Worst station around. Diesel pumps always leak, massive que’s and never any gloves. SORT IT OUT. You make enough money from the rip off fuel prices so get more staff and better management. Wouldn’t be surprised if your breaking COVID and health and safety laws with the large que’s blocking the entrance
A very handy place to refuel and grab a few bits and pieces. Decent parking for the shop and it's not often your left waiting at the pump whilst someone does a weeks shopping or does a chocca mocha latte drink. 24 hours as well Happy Days
Good range of food for a petrol station shop, often quite busy and despite lots of parking spaces sometimes hard to park. Co-op card deals are good.
