Recently had a carpet fitted and supplied by this company and I am not impressed at all. After choosing my carpet I had to wait 5 weeks for it to be ordered and a further 3 weeks for it to be fitted. On inspection of the carpet and the fitting it has it has not been done properly! Carpet has been cut too short on the stairs so I am left with gaps each side and there is chunks missing out of it! Have tried to phone the shop to discuss this on many occasions and no answer
The guys came and laid my carpets in my living room and bedroom and they were very good cheered me up to carpets were really nice and they did a great job thoroughly recommend this wee shop better than the fat cat big stores by far .
Came out measure up whole house came back with a brilliant price and they came out and fitted everything. Very nice people and they have done an amazing job. Even the women in the shop are down to earth.
