The new layout is a big improvement. Also having do it yourself checkouts is helpful if you only have a few items. The loyalty card scheme is better than most as it turns into cash you can spend rather than having to print out vouchers as some require.

Looking good after the refurbishment, products easy to find but there isn't always a member of staff on the checkout so I'm often forced to use the self service tills which I don't like and are sometimes tricky with a toddler in tow.

I went to the main checkout for the member of staff to huff and puff at me because I didn't want to buy any smokes. So I went to the self service witch are a waste of time the first one didn't work at all the second broke half way through scanning then after a 5 minute wait for a member of staff I got sent through the main the main checkout any way absolute joke

I went to the self service till with a bottle of wine it needed a member of staff  to approve it . There were no staff to sort this out I waited 5 minutes. Only two members of staff were working they were both busy . In the end I left the till to queue  at another till . Don't have self service tills if you don't have the staff a very bad customer service experience .
