Twice now , on way home from work at 6am have visited store and not open. Waited and still no lights on or shutters open .

I’ve got to say that your member of staff Ruth to be specific, is one of the most rude people I’ve ever met.nShe’s been there very long and her customer service is absolutely appalling.nThe most ignorant person I’ve ever met who works as a customer assistant.

Ignored, by staff for 5 minutes. Counted at least 4 staff on shop floor dealing with latest delivery but ignoring customers when they can actually see us waiting at the till. If staff in this shop want people to use self service tills then they should put a sign up or inform us. Not a criticism of staff in this shop because Co op require staff to fill the shelves so staff have to decide to either get into trouble by their manager or get criticism from customers. Choice yesterday when I visited was the latter.

Used to use it almost daily  on my way to work until one overzealous member of staff gave me a dressing down for something I'd been doing without issue for 5years.nService can be slow and checkouts crowded.nStock selection is odd at times as can be availability.nNot been in for about 6 months now.

Lovely ,friendly & very helpful staff. Good range of food,especially cakes!!  It's a  very clean place to shop and feel safe .
