I wanted a Bike. An MT125 on a 74 plate. At the time I didn’t have a licence but was arranging one. This went on for a month or so. The dealership held the bike for me and delivered it within a few days of me passing my test. The bike arrived on time with a phone call prior to delivery and it also had enough fuel to easily get me to a garage after a spin round the block and was in A1 condition. The sales man Simon was as pleasant as pie and the delivery guy was pretty happy too considering he had covered a fair few miles that day and had to cross Bristol… if you know you know.nI’ve put 200 miles on her so far and once the break in process is done. I’ll be sending it to them for the first service. Aftercare has been fine not needed, but Simon has ensured I am totally satisfied for which the answer is yes. Ive been having a great few days and I’m sure many more to come. Yea I recommend this dealer. I have had a good experience. And the bike is a beauty.nnThanksnLenny
Travelled over to Cannock branch to view a bike advertised on their site and first impressions of the whole store were great. Lots of stock and all bikes immaculately turned out. I was made to feel very welcome without being pressured. Dealt with Simon, one of the sales staff who was very professional and offered me a very competitive trade in on my bike against the bike I wanted. Transaction was done smoothly and the bike delivered a few days after everything had gone through. Thoroughly recommend the team at Cannock even though it's some 30 miles from where I live, I don't mind travelling to get that level of customer service.nnBought a BMW R1200R and traded a Kawasaki Z1000....pictures below.
I was looking for at a new bike, a T7 or MT09. Popped to see CMC which had one in the showroom. Sadly someone at a different store also wanted that same bike but, Simon at CMC Cannock was able to match the price on a new bike ordered in.nCommunication was good throughout the ordering process, and takeover of the bike was also a good experience and the bike's functions well explained.nI made use of the 10% customer discount to get the Mrs some new kit.nnWould recommend and will use again
Would highly recommend CMC Cannock. We bought our Yamaha 125 from them, no pressure, friendly knowledgeable sales for the bike and also parts too. The showroom is very well presented, all the bikes were immaculate. The cafe breakfast was fantastic, hot fresh and quick and served by friendly staff. We bought the bike straight away as it was in near new condition and it was delivered within a couple of days. It arrived on time in perfect condition by a friendly delivery driver. I cannot fault them and was an all round 5 star service from start to finish.
If I could give more stars than 5 I really would...nnI have never written a review before but I'm definitely going too for these guys. It was my first time buying a new bike, so I went to the cannock store, and immediately impressed by the stock they have. Absolutely immaculate, all show room condition! I was greeted by Simon Jones, who wasn't forceful or pushylike some dealers are for me to pick a bike immediately. He let me walk around and get a feel of all the bikes and I finally fell in love with one and he was extremely helpful from the get go! Couldn't recommend these guys enough, the bike was delivered 2 days later in pristine condition as it was in the shop.nWill be returning in the future and will continue to send all my biker friends and family there for any future purchases!
