Zac was on time, very nice and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process, and had my 27 year old furnace fixed in about 20 mins. I'm so unbelievably grateful. Thank you so so much
The CM heating and cooling experience has been fantastic. The sales meeting was great, arrival time was great and the meeting was informative. The product selection process was painless and several options were calculated and quoted on the spot. We selected a system that fit our needs and budget and were able to get an installation appointment two days later on a Friday. The installation day coordination from the main office was great and the installation team, Christian F and Tim T, arrived as scheduled Friday morning. The installation process of removing the old system and installing the new mini split heat pump with 3 inside units went smoothly and finished the same day in the evening. On arrival Christian and Tim provided a rundown of what would happen during the day. Several updates were give through the day on the progress. At the end of the installation we were shown how to use the new system, provide with manuals, and reviewed the maintenance tasks and warranties. And finally the service help numbers if needed. The system has been working great. Thank you CM team Stan and Claudia
Wow!!! It's only been a few hours since they left, and I'm finding so many things to be impressed about. The work areas are clean, systems well explained, and all was done in one day. This includes new heat pump, furnace, etc. Great communication and information about future ideas for our old house as needed. As I sit here now, I wonder why we waited so long. Along with that, they have an attention to aesthetics, making sure when possible to blend in new items with the surroundings. Awesome job! Along with this, Andria, who did the initial quote and walked through the house, was very attentive to both present and future needs. We are in a 100 year old house with lots of creativity needs, Andria, along with the whole team, was well aware of how to work on this type of house, listened to our ideas, and developed a terrific plan that was carried out perfectly and very well explained. From our initial visit to service our 18 year old furnace which showed that it was leaking some carbon monoxide, so there was no charge for that to the final walk-through, the professionalism, communication, and follow-through was perfect. Can I give extra credit? I would if I could.
Aaron was great! Very polite and professional, and got our ancient furnace up and running again. He was even sweet to my obnoxious pups so bonus points for that! Since we are definitely in need of a replacement, Aaron was able to get us on the schedule for a consultation next day. Looking forward to working with CM Heating again. 11/28-Updating to say we got to work with Brandon today, and another 5 stars to CM heating!!! What a great group of people!! Great prices, great selection, and I felt informed every step of the way! I feel confident having our furnace installed is going to be nothing short of another 5 star experience
Jacob and his Coworker did a great job. They were timely, friendly, and professional. Our salesman Davis was exceptional. He guided us through the process of picking a new system, answered all our questions, and there was a lot of them. He always answered or returned our calls and texts. CM Heating as a whole was a pleasure to work with and would recommend them, like they were to us! Our house is nice and cozy with the work they provided us with.
Kevin is a great technician for CM Heating. He completed all the maintenance on our two furnaces and then explained what he did in an easy to understand way. He also informed us of a few problems that need to be taken care of in the future on our older model. He is easy to talk to and courteous and professional. Thank you, Kevin, for a job well done. We have used CM Heating for a number of years and have always been satisfied with their service and ease of scheduling.
First of all Lance the technician was very pleasant, CM Heating should be happy to have him as an employee. The service was quick and easy. A little more pricey than I hoped but within reason. Overall good experience!
Dan was great! Showed up on the earlier end of our window, evaluated what he could, advised us on the complications of our replacement needs for parts on a thirty year old system and recommended an estimate for complete replacement. He tried his best to work with what we had and was communicative and respectful. Looking forward to getting the estimate for the replacement and hopefully going through with that soon.
Today we had our new furnace and heat pump installed from CM Heating and Cooling. The experience was awesome from start to finish. Scott W. was our contact person in the beginning. He explained everything very thoroughly and gave us lots of options for what we needed. It was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable. The day of the install Leo R. was the lead tech, plus an electrician and Samir D. The communication with CM is amazing, from the staff in the office to the guys that came and did all the work. They were on time, even a little early, extremely efficient, friendly and got the job done in record breaking time. Everything and I mean everything was gone over at least twice to make sure we were comfortable with what we had. This was a great experience and I would recommend CM Heating and Cooling to all my friends and family. Thanks you so much, you guys are Wonderful
