Bathroom refurbishment and new boiler in Bromley. Cloverleaf Plumbing are excellent! John their engineer was polite, friendly and so helpful. His attention to detail was amazing. Sharon in the office was always happy to help and Dean the owner made choosing fixtures and fittings a breeze. He listened and advised on what would and wouldn't work. They arrived and completed the works well within the time frame given. I am so glad I chose them to carry out these works, I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them.

Sharon in the office was very helpful and her communication was amazing. I had an issue with electric boiler and cloverleaf had the right amount of expertise to place the right person. What i thought was going to be a large fix, actually turned out to be a small issue and the price of the job was incredibly fare. Highly recommend.

My tenant rang on a Friday evening to report his Carbon Monoxide alarm had gone off. They had already turned off all the gas appliances, opened the windows and rang British Gas for an emergency response. This engineer arrived within 30 minutes and tested all gas appliances, the carbon monoxide alarm and confirmed everything was okay. He also cut off the gas supply for safety purposes but stated he wasn't authorised to reconnect it. My tenant rang around various companies Friday night trying to find a gas engineer who would attend that night to reconnect their gas supply without success. On Saturday morning my tenant found someone who could attend at some point that day but wanted £180 and additional work would cost extra. I had tried my normal gas engineer but unfortunately he was on holiday. I then remembered that I had used Cloverleaf previously for a Landlord Gas Safety Record for a different property. I rang them and spoke with Dean, who attended the property within the hour. He reconnected the gas supply, checked all the gas appliances and provided a Landlord Gas Safety Record all for £100 plus VAT. He also supplied the tenant a new Carbon Monoxide alarm just incase the previous one was faulty for £30 plus VAT. The tenant was very happy, as was I with the speed and quality of the service. Unfortunately, this wasn't the end of the story. The tenant contacted Cloverleaf the following Friday to report the boiler had died. Cloverleaf rang me for authorisation and again had an engineer with the tenant in about an hour. The engineer confirmed the boiler was beyond economical repair and I had received a quote for a new one by mid-afternoon. I immediately authorised this work as the tenant had no heating and the weather was freezing and to my amazement was informed Cloverleaf could install the boiler the next day, which was a Saturday! The tenant has confirmed the new boiler was installed with no issues and the workmen arrived at the agreed time on Saturday morning. I can't thank Cloverleaf enough as the tenant had a new boiler installed within 24 hours of reporting the initial problem. No one could ask for a better service than that! Last night (Friday at 18:00) another tenant rang to report their boiler isn't working. I immediately rang Cloverleaf and as usual Dean is dealing with it immediately. To get a gas engineer to response so quickly on a Friday evening on one of the worst days of the year weather wise is unbelievable! Thanks to everyone at Cloverleaf for an exceptional service!

Fantastic company fitted boiler within 48 hours. Luke the fitter was highly skilled and great guy. Perfect service. Checked and double checked everything was working properly before he left. Thank you cloverleaf and thank you Luke
