Have received an excellent service. It's good to have a decent bath shop in Dartford that's well located. I have gone in several times and found it very useful to talk to Blake about ideas and take advice. There's so much choice everywhere that if you want to spend your budget wisely it's good to talk! I ordered new tiles in store and received them in perfect condition - not a single broken or chipped tile. The actual delivery service was excellent. They rang to check my address, location and delivery slot, also ringing 30 mins before delivery on the day itself. End of last week I decided I wanted more tiles to do a small project I hadn't initially planned for, and Blake at the Dartford Store was most helpful in arranging this. I was extremely pleased, as the tiles are being discontinued and there is limited stock. And yet I have received them before Christmas (yesterday morning), again in perfect condition. I will be looking for a vanity unit in the new year, and look forward to exploring my options in any forthcoming sale at the bathstore.

Very disappointed with the bathstore Dartford. We was delivered a very off white sink (twice!!!) I had to reschedule fitting twice, I have had a bath and unit sat in my lounge for 3 weeks and now have to wait another 2 weeks for my fitter!! I have had to travel to the store on two occasions costing me time and expense. They forget to phone me with outcome...which was having a sink from the showroom (which is white) apparently they can’t guarantee any others will be white which I find very odd. Unfortunately when the sink sitting on a white gloss unit it looks awful if a yellow white. Also next to a lovely white bath. I spent just under £1000 in the store and as compensation for the inconvenience I was refunded £20!!!! Disgusting!!! I would of expected that for having a sink from the shop floor, let alone the cost of fuel and all the inconvenience. I would not recommend this store.

Not placed order as yet, but Blake's service is second to none and his product knowledge and CAD design skills are excellent

I found the service was extremely good, Blake the gentleman that served us went above and beyond in helping us with our needs.

absolutely disgusting customer service, they measure things wrongs then blame the customer. delivered the wrong stuff. most the bathroom stuff was faulty. The area managers customer service is appalling, he talks over, shouts and swears. so far they have cost us an extra £1000 in builders fees in errors but to the mistakes. they are not prepared to rectify the problem. Avoid at all costs. Shame there isn't an option for NO stars
