I really like the products I have had from close parents however I am un impressed with the quality of their customer care. After raising an issue with the poppers of the play mat the outcome was an unapologetic, unsympathetic response that my baby was simply unlucky to receive this particular faulty play mat as a gift. That said I believe the issue I had to be a one off. The products are quite expensive but usually worth the cost as in general the quality and design is excellent. I would purchase again from Close Parents and I would recommend but if unlucky like my baby do not expect a high level of customer care.
