Well what can you say .....this place is nothing short of fantastic and I can't recommend enough. The location is perfect and the views are to die for. The owner is lovely and friendly and can't do enough. It's just a wonderful example.of an old fashioned holiday, but with all the modern touches you might want. Also very dog friendly. Please give it a try if you want to stay in the area

It felt like home. Lovely stay, Gill is amazing, really warm welcome and stay. Our dogs loved it! It's a short walk to lynmouth. The area dictates that you must be good on your feet. The apartments are located on the hillside, its either a steep hill up to Lynton or a winding path with steps into Lynmouth. Amazing views from the room. If your looking for an ultra modern, with all the bells and whistles this isn't your place to stay. If your looking for homely accommodation with amazing views and a superb location this is the place for you. Ideal location to walk to the valley of the rocks. Driving distance from Exmoor.

Brilliant. We were met and welcomed by the owner Gillian. The view from the lounge is stunning,absolutely nothing is to much trouble. Accommodation has spectacular views of lynmouth. It's a steep pathway through the garden zigzaging up but has seats at each turn and the public areas are so quirky and passionately cared for that you would not believe. It's so obvious the owners are so in love with clooeavin and shows everywhere.

A lovely place to stay with fantastic views overlooking Lynmouth. Very clean and tidy with all you need available. A short walk down hill to Lynmouth and a short walk up hill to Lynton. Theres also lots of great walks to do in the nearby area. Owner was very kind, friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

28th September 2019 We had a great holiday and we would highly recommend staying at the Clooneavin. Gill the owner came out to meet us when we arrived and gave us such a lovely and friendly welcome. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and had everythng we needed . The sea views from the apartment are stunning even on a rainy day. We are already planning our holiday for next year to stay at the Clooneavin.

Awesome views, self catering. Bring pound coins for electric. Gillowner is lovely and chatty

Very good position and accommodation. Helpful staff. When going there by car, don't use Google maps directions!

Wonderful accommodation,clean and comfortable. Outstanding views and the warmest of welcomes.

Very comfortable, a great place ad a base to discover other local places.
