This is probably the best car hire firm that I've had the pleasure to deal with. From experience over recent years the service is consistently high and second to none. They have proved themselves to be honest, reliable and very reasonably priced. I'd give 10 stars if it were possible. Many thanks and keep up the good work. .

I have been a regular customer of Clockhouse for over twenty tears, and have always had great experiences. They have a very high standard of vehicles; not what you would expect from any old mini cab company, and their drivers are helpful and polite. The operators in the office are always nice, and often help me out when I am trying to estimate journey times etc. Could not recommend enough.

If I could give minus stars I would. Unreliable and rude. And I have been a regular customer off an on for over a decade. Constantly not on time for ya or worse. Don’t book a return trip from an airport as like for my family today they are likely not to turn up, leave you stranded and then be rude on the phone. I’m in an UBER now. Turned up at Terminal 5 at Heathrow on time. Was polite and even put my heavy bags in the boot. Lesson learnerd. No more Clockhouse cars for me.

Excellent all round. Have used this company a good few times and they have been spot on every time. Drivers are not rude, cars are clean and the telephone team are professional and polite.
