Since my car went out of action a month ago I have used this cab service numerous times to get home. Cars are clean. All the drivers have been respectful and I have felt safe. I haven't used cabs for over 20 years and I have to say the price is reasonable. The office is always warm if nippy outside but due to their professionalism I don't get to spend too much time in there as there is often a cab ready to take me. Definately recommend.

Three different instances, I have called for a taxi at a specific time. All three instances they were late. In one instance I ended up walking to my destination. Never again, will stick to Addison Lee.

Called on Good Friday explained I had a very sick dog that needed to get to a vets who we had to call as soon as we had an agreed taxi. The lady said we had a taxi in 20 mins so I called the vet back and agreed to meet him at his practice in 20 mins . After 10 mins I got a call back to let me know that they were no longer coming , I was distraught and explained the situation butbthe driver just put the phone down on me . So my partner and I had to carry my dying dog in the pouring rain to the vets . Sadly by the time we made it there it was too late to help her who knows what the outcome would have been if the taxi had turned up when it was promised.

I have been using AAA cabs for years, they never fail to turn up on time. The drivers are all very polite and have clean cars. Always use them for airport runs since I travel a lot for work and don't want to bother with Uber. Very fair pricing and totally reliable. Highly recommended.

Not the first time I've had a issues. Quoted one price and then charged a different price. When trying to talk to controllers not helpful pass u around or hang up. Very dissapointed as this cab was ordered for a 14yr old child who is unwell and had to get out of cab as miscommunication between office and drivers. So my son had to make alternative arrangements. Not happy.
