Good to see Frank again after so many years. The place hasn't changed much, still great food and friendly service. It's a very personable place and you are always made to feel welcome. I had the cod and chips with peas and was provided with bread, butter and a cup of tea, all for £5! Great value!

I have been going there almost every Saturday for the past 10 years with my family  Kid-friendliness: Frank the owner will always make time for kids if they are eating @ The Clock Cafe.  Wheelchair accessibility: There is a small step in but they do keep a small ramp just inside the door. Staff will help if you need them too.

Very friendly cafe ... makes you feel very welcome ... lovely food and great prices. Good selection on the menu too ... keep saying I must pop jn for a dinner as there looks like some lovely good old fashioned food options.  Kid-friendliness: Very friendly cafe ... have been a few times and the man who I think is the owner/manager is very friendly, makes you feel welcome & chats away to my son.

ordered a large breakfast from here and what a awfull let down it was when you can get a much better breakfast from wetherspoons at a better price there is a problem will never go back thereFood: 2/5

Just ordered sandwich absolutely horrible, the sausages dry and hard as if they been microwaved or reheated tasted like it had no meat whatsoever ever, the egg also very dry and to top it off with dryness not even butter on the bread! I will not be ordering from here again I don't understand how you even have a 4* rating your customers must have 0 taste buds. There is also no options to add extras to the sandwich very disappointing this was like eating cardboard in bread.

Hubby loves for brekkie when in area.  Ive now tried, the veggie breakfast was lovely.  Fast and friendly service. Will go againFood: 5/5
