I got there rather late they were clearing up .the cafe was still pretty full.i  sort forc the Cornish pasty with chips peas and gravy. I got all that with cabbage  and carrots too. It was piping hot and very tasty.it was freshly made and put on the plate in a,way that was appraising.  The staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely  go again

Its a proper cafe, i visit here if I want a full englush type breakfast. They obviously make a wide range of fresh sandwiches. The food is always cooked fresh.  Lovely big venue. Children friendly too

Popped in here with a couple of friends as it had been recommended to us. Lovely cafe, nice atmosphere, friendly staff & well priced. The food was nice and the portions were just right.  The reason I have given this 2 stars is the toilet is one of the worsed I've ever been in. I was even warned about it by other customers on my way to it. It's cold with its whitewashed breezeblock walls, neglected & covered in cobwebs. The toilet itself was full of skid marks & there was even a bit of poo on the half seat, the type I hadn't seen since I was at school 30 years ago. I feel if this is the standard of cleanliness in a public area then what must the hygiene be like in the areas that we can't see. For this reason I won't be returning as I value my health. I realize that staff can't be held responsible for the odd dirty git, however this looked like it had never been checked. Sorry to leave a scathing review for a nice cafe but we've moved in since the 70s & a clean regularly checked toilet at an establishment that serves food is one of the basics.

The vegetable lasagna is the best they do especially with chips. The food is priced very reasonable. I'm very happy with the friendly customer service I receive from broadlane cafe.

Reliable cafe with good service because of the number of attentive staff. Parking available outside. A good amount of seating inside. These guys don't skimp with their full breakfast. Choice of drink includes orange juice. Clean toilet at the back of the shop.

Not great. Had a full English breakfast this morning. Tasted alright at the time, however, I'm typing this as I'm sitting on the toilet. Beans and sausages seemed heated up in microwave. Bacon was dry and over cooked yet the fat wasn't crispy. Don't know how they managed that. Nice orange juice though. Yum Robinsons squash

Please put the card machine back in.  This this the 3rd time I've came and had to leave as the cash point in one stop is so unreliable.  You were my natural first choice because you accepted cards.  Now I have to go elsewhere with a reliable cash point next door.  I'm sure you can absorb the costs elsewhere.  I'm not the only person I know who feels the same....

Ordered a bacon egg and sausage sandwich to takeaway cost £3.70.  This is over £1 extra than a sausage and egg sandwich  a pound for two slices of bacon Really!!. Sandwich on cheap white bread.  Bacon really really dry.  I won’t recommend this place

It's an old fashioned traditional cafe. Great food and very friendly staff. If you want a great breakfast and you are in the area, then this is the place for you.
