Best letting agency I’ve dealt with. Very helpful staff. I just rented my second house from them and the process was super smooth and super quick. Definately recommend them and will deal with them again. Ask for Shelley, she’s a star 😊

I couldn't have picked a better agent for selling the house. Dominique was marvellous, both professional and friendly. The photos of the house were amazing, giving me second thoughts for selling 😃. I cannot rate her and her company higher and I would thoroughly recommend and use them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely disgusting company. We signed up with Clive Anthony for them to sell our property. We dealt directly with Clive. On the day we had arranged for Clive to come out and take photographs of our property, in order that he could list it on the internet, he failed to turn up. We rang the office and spoke with the receptionist, who, after speaking with Clive, informed us that he was no longer willing to sell the property, as he was "too busy". No further explanation was given to us than this lame excuse, and Clive rudely refused to speak directly with us, like a coward. I asked the receptionist why we had not been informed about this cancellation earlier, as both my partner and I had taken the day off work in order that we could be present when Clive arrived. Through the receptionist, Clive informed us that he had left me a voicemail message on my phone informing me about the cancelled appointment. Whilst on the phone to Clive Anthony, I quickly checked my voicemail messages and noted that indeed I had had a message left by Clive. The only problem was is that he had left a blank message, which I can only assume from his behaviour was intentional, and nothing was mentioned about the cancelled appointment and that he was no longer willing to act for us. Again, Clive refused to speak with us directly and would not give us a proper explanation as to why he is no longer willing to act for us. I can only assume he has some personal reason for this, as I know that since refusing to list our house, he has listed other properties, undermining his excuse that he is "too busy". All I know is that from their behaviour, this company cannot be trusted and I personally will be reporting them and Clive to the Ombudsman for their lack of professionalism, courtesy and obvious prejudices.

A very speedy and professional completion, without excessive fees and with full communication throughout from a dedicated manager. The actual signing on the day of the property key handover was simply effortless, with concise and relevant information given to us as well as important information we needed to note pointed out. We were also introduced to the lady who would be managing our property affairs post move-in.
