Love this shop, cards beautiful and so varied. So miss the one we had in Beeston so much, I travelled into Nottingham just to buy my cards for very special people. Please, please don't close the Nottingham store as we'll never have that wonderful choice they always have. Will be such a sad day if that was to happen!!!!
Lovely shop, purchased 3 cards for different people, plenty of selection for all ages/occasions.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. It was my GF’s birthday and I bought a last minute gift, I’ve never wrapped a gift in my life to bo honest and wasn’t sure how to do it. Trish, she is an amazing cashier in the store, literally stopped her work to help me wrap my gift box. Was a very courteous thing to do. Will definitely come back again!
Good choice of cards and gifts. Staff friendly and helpful. Just be prepared to be badgered at the till about purchasing charity pens and whether you want to buy stamps. Would be nice if they had slightly more unusual cards such as 'pops' or 'nanna'
Good selection of cards and gifts, however recently over charged, so always keep your receipts. Difference re embursed, but the card was marked with 2 separate prices, one on the front and one on the back which I had failed to notice, so check the bill and I was charged a totally different amount all together. Voiced concerns.
Not a particularly good shop, just my opinion. Its reasonably large, and sells a wide variety of card and wrapping paper type items. It's not particularly cheap, and many of the cards are all pretty much the same. I would say that it's not good for actual cards, but is ok for card related bits and Bob's.
Well stocked, can be difficult at times to follow be the right card as signage does not always represent actual stock. Layout can be confusing, and not always easy to navigate if disabled. However a arg friendly, well mannered. Staff are helpful and can discuss be what your after, place is clean and tidy.
Reasonably priced with a great range to choose from. Need more staff on the till though, spent more time waiting to pay than picking the card I wanted. Surprised me how much cheaper they were than a supermarket card section.
It was cheaper than other shop.got another face mask.customer service was fine. No stamps in at the moment as lady said not in stock.no issues at all though. Will always go back.
