If you want any chance of actually getting seen for sexual health testing stay far far away. Not only have I been there twice and been turned away but the staff are very unhelpful. All they say is that they have one nurse working on both occasions months apart and that I am more then welcome to wait over 2 and a half hours, but the chance of me being seen is very slim. Not good at all I will not be going there again! Also the carpark is ridiculously expensive and it is unrefundable even if you've been turned away...

Great service. Very professional and helpful staff from the welcoming receptionists to the doctors. No waiting or queuing after arriving at my allocated appointment time. Highly recommend. The receptionist at Stevenage Southgate should get some training from these staff as the service is utterly disgusting there. Didn't even get passed filling the form in there thanks to the very rude and intimidating receptionist.
