Was dreading it from the reviews as travelled from scarborough! .premises were a bit unkept. surgeon was lovely tho as knew I was nervous . he put me at ease . Overall pain free and quick. Cant fault them . Appointment for 12. Out and done by 12 20😁

I was very grateful to have a pain free treatment shortly after making the appointment. The dentist is a quiet gentle chap and the dental nurse ever nice too.

What a joke this dentist is. If I could give a minus star then I would the receptionist well sat there on the phone talking to her friend about the weekend and what color dress she's going to wear using the main phone where people book for appointment's I was seen by the dentist doctor she put a filling in for me next day it came out I went back to get it sorted but had to see a different dentist doctor that told me that there is nothing wrong with my teeth but I am in so much pain with my teeth still it is a big joke at this dentist if you show you're bank card you're sorted.

The ladies attitude who works behind the reception is absolutely appauling think she could do with some lessons in customer service and manners!!! I shall not attend this dentist again due to her rudeness

Completely disorganised!! Our appointment was for 9.40 so we arrived 10 minutes early for check-in. We were told to "take a seat" while the receptionist dealt with some other issues. The waiting room was quite full so they were clearly running behind. While we were waiting several other patients arrived and the final straw was when they were called in before us. The receptionist had clearly NOT checked us in. By this time we had been waiting an HOUR by which time my patience was at an end so I tore up my appointment sheet and made it quite clear that I was not going to put up with such incompetence and that she could cancel my appointment and that I would NOT be back. The receptionist is so disorganised and spends too much time on the phone instead of concentrating on the matters in hand. Avoid and go elsewhere if you can.
