Ordered a cab for about 20.40 on 29/12/22 for me and my son after a family get together. The driver was the most pleasant cab driver I have ever known and chatted to us all the way home. She was worth 10 stars.
Very reliable service always lets me know how long I will be waiting for a taxi . Also very friendly drivers

29th November going from Thornton to miller and carter, Poulton le fylde, picked up on time 6.30pm was charged under £12, rang taxi firm coming back same distance £16. I went to open front door and it was my friend who paid the driver or I would have said something, walked into my home at 9.15pm as checked my doorbell time. Most firms charge more after 11pm or 12 midnight. Think we were ripped off. Don’t think I will be using this firm again.
I just wanted to give really positive feedback to the driver today who took my mother in law to the eye hospital in Blackpool he was amazing. He waited for hours while she was in the hospital and then took her to Morrisons in Cleveleys and helped her with her shopping. What an amazing company supporting vulnerable people. Thank you.
Order from here if you don't want to be price gouged for the cheek of being a tourist. Nice friendly drivers and decent wait times. I just wish I knew about them before a scumbag driver from another firm charged me £8.10 to drive 0.6 miles.
Quick and efficient service what more can I say.
Arrived on time, pleasant and courteous staff. I have to sit in the front of cars when travelling and always ask for a driver that doesn’t mind this but I have never had any objections. Would definitely book again.
Drivers are very pleasant On the other hand the telephone operators are extremely rude. Every time I book a taxi it is too much trouble for them and always claim its never the right time to book. When calling to make a complaint we were questionned about how often we have used the service in the last 3 months unnecessarily and that we must be using another taxi firm! They said they were missing calls and didn't have the time to speak to us. Loyal custom doesn't count for anything anymore. Oh and on top of that they have just increased the fares around 20%-25% but they won't tell you that until you see the bill when you get to your destination. Sorry but I won't be using them again.
Overcharged my 91 year old Grandma on the first trip and then got an unfriendly driver on the return.
