I am diabetic driver and my blood glucose levels went low. The DVLA advise that you pull over if you're not feeling too good. So I was following their guidelines to ensure the safety of myself, the passengers in my car including a 3 year old child and the other road users! The only safe place to park was in the taxi rank. One of these drivers came over and I explained the situation that I wasn't able to drive. Their drivers response was "you shouldn't be driving if you're diabetic." Absolutely fuming! The guy was oldish....you shouldn't be driving cause you're old!

Called to book a taxi from shard bridge hotel to Poulton, they took all the details then told me I would be better getting Poulton cabs to do the booking. Obviously got loads of business don't need mine. Well that's another regular customer you have lost!!!!!!

Didn't even bother ordering after how rude the receptionist was over the phone when trying to book a the taxis I needed! Felt horrified to be spoken to as if I was stupid! I used cleveleys cabs and they gave me a much better service! Wouldn't use ace cabs after this experience ever again

Do not use this taxi company. So bad. Their customer service is awful and they cancelled my service without telling me so that they could get a bigger fair in St Anne's. They are horrendous and they don't even deserve 1 star.
