Don't bother spending your money there! Kids collected tickets only for the person on the booth not to even count them and gave my child 4 sweets! When I challenged and asked if he had counted them I got abuse and the answer no, how many was there. None of the prizes are labelled with how many tickets you need for them and so unlike other reputable arcades you can't calculate what you should be getting for your money!!! I will not be spending any money there again that's for sure.
Great little amusements here. Can always remember coming here as a child and it's just the same! There are plenty of 2p and 10p machines here, with lots of little prizes. A couple of the machines needed attending to, which was a shame. A lot of the machines are top fed, so they have provided stools for the little ones, which was a nice touch. The attendants were very kind and friendly.
I am so disgusted by the mans attitude in the booth at this arcade, he ignored my Granddaughter and told her to go away.My husband he was fowl to and wouldn't sort the machine out she was playing on as it was broke,no sign to say out of order and she had put money in and won but no tickets as not working . He said we were all liars and was going to throw my husband out of the premises,which was on camera with in the premises. He was rude didnt look at the machine and said to get out. Be warned when you enter these premises as childrens pocket money you wont get back if put in a faulty machine with no out of order on it. Never go there again a awful experience . Con and bad attitude to customers. Hope my granddaughter realises how horrible some people are.
There's a really rude angry person in the booth!!. Lots of machines don't work. I did win a teddy and the filling was all coming out, I asked to change it to a better one which I don't think they liked doing and just put the one back that was faulty.
Should be called no fun city..cash machine does not give out change but charges your card..attendant has learning difficulties..best off avoided
Well where too start, half the machines don’t work, the change machines either. You need a minimum of 50 tickets for a prize. The 2p machine prizes are literally lollies and sweets which you can go buy a bag for a £1. The teddy machines were half empty and the ones in there were cheap scary looking ones. It’s so old and dilapidated don’t waste your money or kids time in there. I noticed the same person who was in the chip van in the arcade so they must own it all. The food is also a rip off and cheap rubbish. They advertise stuff they don’t even sell anymore abs even put a black board out which 99% of the time they don’t sell the item. Card machines always breaking. Typical greedy owners cheap rubbish sold for extortionate prices with staff no older than 16. Even seen some of their mates doing ‘balloons” by the ice cream stand . Do yourselves a favour bring your own food or walk along further to get a decent ice cream
Nice little games arcade. Suits all ages, from young to mature. Good old fashion 2p slides, 5p and 10p machines to the casino £100 jackpot in the over 18 section. Outside coffee stands, fish and chips and more. A great view of the Bristol Channel over to South Wales on a clear day. Not to forget a pub
The 2p machines here are the best. We visited as we were too early to go to the restaurant and it was great value for money. Not only did the 2p machines have little toys to win but they also issued tickets. You needed very few tickets to get a prize and the children thought it was great.
Machines are out of order but no Out of Order signs ! Then you have to deal with an offensive and threatening owner ! Not sure how he gets away with it.
Very fun and exiting for young kids . I used to go there myself about 7 years ago. I would say ages go 3-7 years on arcade rides. Good stroll down sea front and food options . Reccomeded for sunny weather if windy use coats .
